Transfers bagged powders into silos or lines

The bag lifter and emptying station from Agriflex is designed for unloading sacks into your storage or dosing system without working at height. Bags are placed on the floor, picked up by a self-tilting lifting device and raised to the pouring level, where the operator empties them into an enclosed hopper.

The emptying station can function as a small buffer silo or as a direct loading point into pneumatic conveying, enabling you to treat bagged ingredients as if they were supplied in bulk. Optional dust extraction and integrated sifting remove foreign bodies and improve workplace hygiene. Capacity and hopper design can be customised to your bag sizes and downstream flow requirements.

Use it to feed flour, sugar, seeds or premix into silos, or to top up micro-ingredient systems. By allowing operators to work from the ground with mechanical lifting, you reduce ergonomic risk and improve safety while maintaining continuous supply to your production line.

Kuipers’ complete processing lines for various snacks are designed as a turnkey project and incorporated into a mainframe with two sidebars which gives the entire fryer plant a clean and safe design.

The sunflower seeds frying line is configured to ensure optimal heat distribution and heat treatment regardless of the type of snack you wish to process. This ensures the lowest possible Free Fatty Acid development and frying oil turnover time. It is especially designed with low heat load heat exchangers combined with constant removal of the dirt allowing the quality of the frying oil to remain adequate much longer than other conventional systems. This oil can then be used for a longer time period which saves processing costs drastically. It is also equipped with a centralised control panel which is embedded into a computer program and continuously communicates with the other control boards, thus checking and controlling all the process parameters.

The frying oil in the fryer can be heated either with thermal oil or electrical elements. The continuous frying lines can be customised and applied to process other snacks like onion, mash potato products, peanuts, shrimp crackers, mini croutons, samosas or corn nuts to cater to the local demands.

Kuipers’ production line for nuts and seeds is configured for optimal frying-oil handling and heat treatment resulting in the lowest possible development of Free Fatty Acids as well as lowest frying oil turnover time in the industry.  It is a frying oil heating system with an innovative design that uses circulating thermal oil as a heat carrier. This allows the reduction of the amount of frying oil required to its lowest .

The peanut processing machine and frying line keeps in mind the importance of oil quality as it not only acts as the heat transfer medium but is also absorbed by your product. It is thus equipped with a unique filtration system where constant removal of the dirt allows the quality of the frying oil to remain adequate much longer than other conventional systems. It is an automatic and continuously operating filtration system.

All Kuipers lines allow the option to heat the frying oil in the fryer with either thermal oil or electrical elements. With a few additions, the plant can also be upgraded to produce coated and battered nuts. It can be applied for the frying of peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, macadamias and other nuts or seeds.
