Transfers bagged powders into silos or lines

The bag lifter and emptying station from Agriflex is designed for unloading sacks into your storage or dosing system without working at height. Bags are placed on the floor, picked up by a self-tilting lifting device and raised to the pouring level, where the operator empties them into an enclosed hopper.

The emptying station can function as a small buffer silo or as a direct loading point into pneumatic conveying, enabling you to treat bagged ingredients as if they were supplied in bulk. Optional dust extraction and integrated sifting remove foreign bodies and improve workplace hygiene. Capacity and hopper design can be customised to your bag sizes and downstream flow requirements.
